Eagle Knoll Farm first broke ground in 1920 and has been worked by five generations. We are a 300 acre farm that is nestled amongst rolling knolls (hence the name!) and sits next to the glistening backdrop of Collins Lake.
Our philosophy is an "old fashioned” approach to farming that is dedicated to sustainability and working with nature, while incorporating healthy modern standards where applicable. All animals on our farm are raised without added hormones or antibiotics. Our primary focus is raising Irish Dexter & Scottish Highland 100% Grass Fed Beef. We also carry a number of other meats sourced from like/kind local farms, as well as seasonal vegetables grown without the use of fertilizers or pesticides. |
